Guillermo Del Toro
This was taken early morning at the park directly across from my father's house. A warm front had crept in the night before, bringing warm rain, snow melt and fog.
Guillermo Del Toro might've staged something similar, had he directed The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.*
*Strangely enough, I've just discovered, via Wikipedia, he was originally asked to direct that film!
Lamp Pics
Taken at my father's house just after X-mas, the pics in the lower left show the upstairs, which he'd begun remodeling in anticipation of our visit.
Besides the contrast and somewhat graphic quality of this photo, I like the streaks of light above the lamp - reminds me of the Two Slit Theory.*
Which, in turn, reminds me of a buddhist, non-dualistic interpretation of the Universe - light being neither wave, nor particle, exclusively - but both things at once!**
**Thanks to Wikipedia for this reference.
** Or neither. Or both and neither at the same time!
