I cannot decide if this is shoulder or nose? :-)
Actually this is my ass. Okay, seriously, at first I thought the above comment was retarded (yes, I know, not PC but as my father would say, "PC this!") but now... I can kinda see it - a nose that is. It would be a sad, lumpy and horribly misshapen nose, but what the hell.For absolute clarification - this is my shoulder.
